Booking & Payment

Speaking, coaching, and consulting engagements require payment as outlined in the applicable invoice or contract.
Deposits, where required, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
Full payment terms, cancellation policies, and rescheduling terms will be specified in the individual service contract.

Books & Products
Books listed on our site are currently sold through third-party retailers (such as Amazon). We are not responsible for the fulfillment, shipping, or return policies of third-party sellers.
